We would have no reservations about wholeheartedly recommending the eConcept e-commerce solution to anyone.
As a company we had been looking for an e-commerce solution for some time and were aware of eConcept through S&S Systems Ltd.
Whilst their product was initially a retail system we requested that it should be adapted for trade use by allowing only registered users to view trade pricing. This, along with some other requested amendments was completed quickly and efficiently.
The system is very easy to set up and use from any internet enabled PC at any time of the day. When we have needed technical support it has always been available via a telephone call and has always been efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.
As we are a cash & carry type of company, using eConcept has enabled us to offer our products to new customers unable or unwilling to visit our premises. Response has been excellent even without any advertising or promotion. |
